Hi, I am Adia! I am an Enneagram 6 and I’m so glad you are here!
I am a 30-something, native Minnesotan with a deep passion for connecting with others and helping them find ways to be their very best selves. I have spent my professional career working at a small, liberal arts college where I facilitate student programs centered on community, justice, and leadership. I live in Cold Spring, MN with my husband and our adorable and spoiled cats, Cleo and Lucy. In our free time, we enjoy living up to various Minnesota stereotypes like spending time on lakes (liquid or frozen), complaining about the weather, and dreaming of our next warm-weather vacation.

My Journey With The Enneagram
I was first introduced to the enneagram as a first-year college student by my studentemployment supervisor. I had lived my entire life as someone who was high-achieving,motivated, and successful by most standards but was also plagued by self-doubt, fear, and anundiagnosed anxiety disorder. The first time I read the description of a type 6, I felt like I hadbeen truly seen for the first time in my life. It seemed almost as if someone had been silentlyfollowing me around for my entire life and making observations about how I moved throughoutthe world–it told me things about myself that I had never even realized!Over the next 10 years, I devoured any information I could find about the enneagram–books, articles, trainings–and the more I learned, the more I found that the tool resonated with me in away that nothing else ever had. I started leading trainings for students and colleagues at workand realized that the enneagram was a great way to build understanding and bring connectionto people who were working together-especially in times of conflict. In the winter of 2020, Ireconnected with the woman who introduced me to the enneagram and expressed a desire toformalize my training and take my knowledge of the enneagram to the next level. She referredme to the Enneagram Prison Project (EPP) and I was hooked. I completed both their 45 (9Prisons, One Key) and 66 (Path to Freedom) hour training courses while continuing to lead andrefine my skills as a coach and facilitator. To date, I have logged more than 150 hours as anenneagram facilitator and guide. I can’t wait to share what I have learned with you. Thanks forjoining me on this journey!
